RETURNS & REFUNDS AT TEACHERS TREASURE GIFTS
Every Teachers Treasure Gifts item is made-to-order in our small home shop. Because each piece is personalized for you, we can't accept returns on custom items — but we always stand behind our work.
WHAT WE COVER
• Damaged in shipping. If your order arrives broken or damaged, email a photo to teacherstreasuregifts@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship at no cost to you.
• Our mistake. If we misspelled a name, sent the wrong color, or made any other error on our end, we'll fix it and ship a replacement at no cost. Just email us within 14 days of delivery.
• Lost in shipping. If tracking shows your package didn't arrive, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it — or reprint your order.
WHAT WE CAN'T COVER
• Customer ordering errors (typos in a name, wrong color selected) once the item has already been printed.
• Returns for change of mind on personalized items.
• Items shipped back to us without contacting us first.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days. Custom or larger orders may take up to 10 business days. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your order ships.
