SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship from
Every Teachers Treasure Gifts item is made-to-order in our small home shop in the United States. We ship via USPS.

Processing time
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days. Larger custom orders may take up to 10 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking the moment your order ships.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer USPS First Class for smaller items and USPS Priority for larger or rushed orders.

Domestic shipping (US)
USPS delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment. Total time from order to delivery: usually 5–12 business days.

International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. If you'd like to order from outside the US, email teacherstreasuregifts@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.

Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows your package didn't arrive or is significantly delayed, email teacherstreasuregifts@gmail.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it — or reprint your order if it's confirmed lost.

Address errors
If you entered the wrong address at checkout, email us as soon as possible. We can usually update before shipping, but once an order ships we cannot reroute it.
